# Charlie Lindh

**Charlie Lindh** (born 1 August 1997) is a Swedish [professional golfer](/source/Professional_golfer) who plays on the [Asian Tour](/source/Asian_Tour). He was runner-up at the 2026 [Korea Open](/source/Korea_Open_(golf)). On the [2023 Nordic Golf League](/source/2023_Nordic_Golf_League), he won three times to earn battlefield promotion to the [Challenge Tour](/source/Challenge_Tour).

## Early life

Lindh was raised in [Färlöv](/source/F%C3%A4rl%C3%B6v) in [Kristianstad Municipality](/source/Kristianstad_Municipality), and started playing golf at the age of 12 in 2009 when Araslöv Golf Club built a second 18-hole course next to his family home.[1][2]

## Professional career

Lindh turned professional in 2018 and joined the [Nordic Golf League](/source/Nordic_Golf_League). In [2019](/source/2019_Nordic_Golf_League), he tied for 3rd at the Bravo Tours Open in Denmark and finished solo 3rd at the [Swedish PGA Championship](/source/Swedish_PGA_Championship), where he lost out on joining the playoff by a stroke. In [2020](/source/2020_Nordic_Golf_League), he was runner-up at the Stockholm Trophy behind [Mikael Lindberg](/source/Mikael_Lindberg), and in [2021](/source/2021_Nordic_Golf_League) he was solo 2nd at the [MoreGolf Mastercard Tour Final](/source/MoreGolf_Mastercard_Tour_Final). In [2022](/source/2022_Nordic_Golf_League), he was runner-up at the Junet Open at Sand Golf Club.[3] After having won the First Stage in Austria, Lindh had to drop out of [European Tour Qualifying School](/source/European_Tour_Qualifying_School) in late 2022 as he fell off a horse and broke a [clavicle](/source/Clavicle).[4][5]

In [2023](/source/2023_Nordic_Golf_League), Lindh won three tournaments on the Nordic Golf League, one in Poland and two in Denmark, to earn battlefield promotion to the [Challenge Tour](/source/Challenge_Tour).[6][7] He made nine Challenge Tour starts in 2023 and finished top-5 at the [Copenhagen Challenge](/source/Copenhagen_Challenge) and [Indoor Golf Group Challenge](/source/Indoor_Golf_Group_Challenge).[8]

### Asian Tour

In January 2024, Lindh finished 6th at the [Asian Tour](/source/Asian_Tour) Q-School in [Cha-Am](/source/Cha-am_district), Thailand, and earned a card for the [2024 season](/source/2024_Asian_Tour).[9][10] He finished his rookie season 44th in the Order of Merit, with a best finish of tied 7th at the [International Series Thailand](/source/International_Series_Thailand), where he was co-leader after a bogey-free first round of 63.[11]

Lindh qualified for his first major championship, the [2024 Open Championship](/source/2024_Open_Championship) at [Royal Troon Golf Club](/source/Royal_Troon_Golf_Club) in Scotland, through final qualifying at [Burnham & Berrow Golf Club](/source/Burnham_%26_Berrow_Golf_Club), after prevailing in a playoff against [Abraham Ancer](/source/Abraham_Ancer) and [Anirban Lahiri](/source/Anirban_Lahiri) for third and fourth place.[12][13]

Lindh started 2025 with top-10 finishes at [International Series India](/source/International_Series_India) and [International Series Macau](/source/International_Series_Macau), and later tied for 3rd at the Taiwan Glass Taifong Open. He lost a playoff at the [Swedish PGA Championship](/source/Swedish_PGA_Championship) to [Anton Karlsson](/source/Anton_Karlsson_(golfer)).

In 2026, he finished tied 6th at the [New Zealand Open](/source/New_Zealand_Open) and was runner-up at the [Korea Open](/source/Korea_Open_(golf)).
