# Charles Passmore Graham

**Charles Passmore Graham** (19 December 1927 – 11 February 2021) was a [lieutenant general](/source/Lieutenant_general_(United_States)) in the [United States Army](/source/United_States_Army) who served as commander of the [Second United States Army](/source/Second_United_States_Army).[1][2] He graduated from the [United States Military Academy](/source/United_States_Military_Academy) in 1950[3] with a B.S. degree in engineering. Graham also earned an M.S. degree in mechanical engineering from the [University of Michigan](/source/University_of_Michigan)[1] in 1957.[2] After his death in 2021, he was interred at [Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery](/source/Fort_Sam_Houston_National_Cemetery).[4][5]
