'''Chapo Lake''' (Spanish: ''Lago Chapo'') is a [lake](/source/lake) of [Chile](/source/Chile) located in [Los Lagos Region](/source/Los_Lagos_Region). It lies immediately southeast of [Calbuco](/source/Calbuco_(volcano)) volcano and south of [Llanquihue National Reserve](/source/Llanquihue_National_Reserve). Just south of the lake is [Alerce Andino National Park](/source/Alerce_Andino_National_Park).

Chapo Lake is a lake located in the commune of Puerto Montt, Llanquihue province, Los Lagos Region, {{cvt|115|km}} southeast of Puerto Varas, {{cvt|43|km}} northeast of the city of Puerto Montt and {{cvt|8|km}} east of Correntoso. The lake is used for hydroelectric power supply.

[Reloncaví Estuary](/source/Reloncav%C3%AD_Estuary) receives the outflow of Chapo lake.
