**Cassim Louis** (13 September 1948 – 7 January 2021), also known as **Vaso**, was a [Saint Lucian](/source/Saint_Lucia) football manager.[2]

He was in control of the national team during the [2002 FIFA World Cup](/source/2002_FIFA_World_Cup) [qualification campaign](/source/2002_FIFA_World_Cup_qualification_%E2%80%93_CONCACAF_Caribbean_Zone) where Saint Lucia lost out to [Suriname](/source/Suriname_national_football_team) on penalties in the [first round](/source/2002_FIFA_World_Cup_qualification_%E2%80%93_CONCACAF_Caribbean_Zone#First_Round). He co-coached the national team with [Kingsley Armstrong](/source/Kingsley_Armstrong) in 2002.[3]

Louis coached the Under-15 team at the [2013 CONCACAF Under-15 Championship](/source/2013_CONCACAF_Under-15_Championship),[4] two years later he led the Under-17 team at the [2015 CONCACAF U-17 Championship](/source/2015_CONCACAF_U-17_Championship).[5]

Louis also coached the Under-20 team at the [2017 CONCACAF U-20 Championship qualifying](/source/2017_CONCACAF_U-20_Championship_qualifying) campaign.[6]
