# Carson Lambos

**Carson Lambos** (born January 14, 2003) is a Canadian professional [ice hockey](/source/Ice_hockey) [defenceman](/source/Defenceman) who plays for [Iowa Wild](/source/Iowa_Wild) of the [American Hockey League](/source/American_Hockey_League) (AHL) as a prospect to the [Minnesota Wild](/source/Minnesota_Wild) of the [National Hockey League](/source/National_Hockey_League) (NHL). Lambos was selected in the first round, 26th overall, by the Wild in the [2021 NHL entry draft](/source/2021_NHL_entry_draft).

## Playing career

On August 25, 2021, Lambos signed a three year entry-level contract with the Minnesota Wild.[1]

On December 17, 2025, Lambos was called up to the Minnesota Wild and debuted the next day against the [Columbus Blue Jackets](/source/Columbus_Blue_Jackets).[2] In a 5–2 win, he recorded a blocked shot in 10 minutes and 16 seconds of ice time. He was sent back down to the [Iowa Wild](/source/Iowa_Wild) the following day.[3]
