Caribou Records Trade name Caribou

**Caribou Records** was an American [record label](/source/Record_label). It was owned by [James William Guercio](/source/James_William_Guercio), who also owned [Caribou Ranch](/source/Caribou_Ranch) recording studio and was the longtime manager of the band [Chicago](/source/Chicago_(band)).

Caribou was an imprint of CBS Records, now [Sony Music](/source/Sony_Music); the label was dissolved in March 1983.[1]
