**Cardel Cardus Benbow** (born 3 June 1995) is a Jamaican international [footballer](/source/Association_football) who plays as a [midfielder](/source/Midfielder) for [Waterhouse](/source/Waterhouse_F.C.).

## Career

### Club

Benbow has played club football for [Tampa Marauders](/source/Tampa_Marauders) and [Waterhouse](/source/Waterhouse_F.C.).[1] In 2015, Benbow signed with [Harrisburg City Islanders](/source/Harrisburg_City_Islanders).[2] In 2017, Benbow re-signed with Harrisburg on a two-year contract.[3] After spending the 2017–2018 season with [Waterhouse](/source/Waterhouse_F.C.), in August 2018, Benbow transferred to [Mount Pleasant Football Academy](/source/Mount_Pleasant_Football_Academy) in the Red Stripe Premiere League.[4]

### International

He made his international debut for [Jamaica](/source/Jamaica_national_football_team) in 2014.[1][5] In 2015 Benbow played for Jamaica u20s in the CONCACAF final round.[6]
