Australian musician and film composer

**Caitlin Yeo** is an Australian musician and film composer, whose credits include the feature film *[Jucy](/source/Jucy_(film))*, [All My Friends Are Leaving Brisbane](/source/All_My_Friends_Are_Leaving_Brisbane), and *[The Rocket](/source/The_Rocket_(2013_film))*. Yeo is a graduate of the [Australian Film Television and Radio School](/source/Australian_Film_Television_and_Radio_School) and [Sydney University](/source/Sydney_University).[1] Her work has won a number of awards including 2007 [APRA AGSC Screen Music Award](/source/APRA_Music_Awards_of_2007) for Best Music for a Documentary and 2011 [APRA Professional Development Award](/source/APRA_Awards_of_2011) and received nominations in 2008, 2010 and 2012.[2] She also teaches composition and film music theory at The [Australian Institute of Music](/source/Australian_Institute_of_Music).[*[citation needed](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Citation_needed)*]

Yeo was nominated for an [AACTA Award for Best Original Music Score](/source/AACTA_Award_for_Best_Original_Music_Score) for her work on *The Rocket*, but lost against [Craig Armstrong](/source/Craig_Armstrong_(composer)) of *[The Great Gatsby](/source/The_Great_Gatsby_(2013_film))*. At the [APRA Music Awards of 2013](/source/APRA_Music_Awards_of_2013) Yeo won Feature Film Score of the Year for *The Rocket*.[3]

### APRA Music Awards
