And advises on appropriate action". == Directors == Jack Winder claimed that the joint managing directors were himself and Stan Hardy, and its non-executive directors were Sir [Henry Saxon Tate](/source/Sir_(Henry)_Saxon_Tate%2C_5th_Baronet) CBE (of [Tate & Lyle](/source/Tate_%26_Lyle)) and Bernard Norman Sefton-Forbes.
