# Bryce Fulton

**Bryce Fulton** (born 7 August 1935) was a Scottish [footballer](/source/Association_football) who played as a [full back](/source/Defender_(association_football)#Full-back). He made 213 appearances in [the Football League](/source/The_Football_League) for [Plymouth Argyle](/source/Plymouth_Argyle_F.C.) and [Exeter City](/source/Exeter_City_F.C.). He also played for [Manchester United](/source/Manchester_United_F.C.).

## Life and career

Fulton was born in [Kilwinning](/source/Kilwinning).[1] He joined [Manchester United](/source/Manchester_United_F.C.) in 1953, where he played regularly for the club's reserve team but did not make a first team appearance.[2] Fulton was transferred to [Plymouth Argyle](/source/Plymouth_Argyle_F.C.) in 1957 and made 193 appearances in all competitions over the next seven years, including 14 in the 1958–59 season when Argyle won the [Football League Third Division](/source/Football_League_Third_Division).[2][3] He moved to [Exeter City](/source/Exeter_City_F.C.) in 1964, where he made 37 league appearances over the next two seasons.[1] Fulton died in 1976.[1]
