# Bruce Edge

**Bruce Edge** (30 April 1924 – 29 September 1994) was an [Australian rules footballer](/source/Australian_rules_football) who played with [Melbourne](/source/Melbourne_Football_Club) in the [Victorian Football League](/source/Australian_Football_League) (VFL).[1]

Edge played three consecutive matches for Melbourne in 1945, from rounds 16[2] to 18, before returning to play out the season with [Rochester Football Club](/source/Rochester_Football_Club).[3]
