'''Bruce Covernton''' (August 12, 1966 – January 23, 2024) was a Canadian professional [football](/source/Canadian_football) player who was a [tackle](/source/tackle_(gridiron_football_position)) for the [Calgary Stampeders](/source/Calgary_Stampeders) of the [Canadian Football League](/source/Canadian_Football_League) (CFL). Covernton was first team All-American and All-Big Sky Conference at [Weber State University](/source/Weber_State_University).{{citation needed|date=November 2018}} Bruce also attended the NFL Combine in 1991.{{citation needed|date=November 2018}}
