The 13-part series was hosted by the four Australian-based chefs [Gary Mehigan](/source/Gary_Mehigan), [Manu Feildel](/source/Manu_Feildel), [Miguel Maestre](/source/Miguel_Maestre) and [Adrian Richardson](/source/Adrian_Richardson), who visit different locations across Australia to sample and cook local produce.
