**Bobby Notkoff** (31 December 1940 - 5 October 2018)[1] was a violinist who played with [The Rockets](/source/The_Rockets_(Los_Angeles_band))[2] in the 1960s and [Family Lotus](https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Family_Lotus&action=edit&redlink=1) in the 1970s. Notkoff was also part of one of the first [supergroups](/source/Supergroup_(music)) [Electric Flag](/source/Electric_Flag), with [Mike Bloomfield](/source/Mike_Bloomfield) and [Buddy Miles](/source/Buddy_Miles).

If the same person, in 1956, as Robert Notkoff, he was a soloist with the [Naumburg Orchestral Concerts](https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Naumburg_Orchestral_Concerts&action=edit&redlink=1), in the Naumburg Bandshell, Central Park, in the summer series. [3]
