It shut down their servers in December 2023.[*[citation needed](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Citation_needed)*] ## Gameplay *Blitz Brigade* is an online team-based [first-person shooter](/source/First-person_shooter), with two "campaign" modes—multiplayer and training.[1] The players could play as part of either [Allies](/source/Allies_of_World_War_II) or [Axis](/source/Axis_powers) team. Training mode is an online single-player mode that consisted of 120 unlockable training missions.[1][2] Multiplayer mode offered deathmatch and domination (capture) across 5 levels.[1][2][3] A later update added a [capture the flag](/source/Capture_the_flag) mode.
