Her subsequent successful career meant that she was absent from *[Black Emanuelle 2](/source/Black_Emanuelle_2)*, and Albertini instead cast actress Shulamith Lasri in the title role.[3] In 1977 he released *[Yellow Emanuelle](/source/Yellow_Emanuelle)*[1] as a comeback.
