Robles played his college career at [Northern Iloilo Polytechnic State College](/source/Northern_Iloilo_Polytechnic_State_College) before trying out in the [PBA D-League](/source/PBA_D-League) and [Pilipinas Commercial Basketball League](/source/Pilipinas_Commercial_Basketball_League) (PCBL).[1] He went undrafted in the [2016 PBA draft](/source/2016_PBA_draft) but later signed a deal with the [Rain or Shine Elasto Painters](/source/Rain_or_Shine_Elasto_Painters),[2] although he didn't get any significant playing time.
