**Bezi** is a village in [Győr-Moson-Sopron](/source/Gy%C5%91r-Moson-Sopron) county, [Hungary](/source/Hungary).[1]

## History

The village was founded by [Pechenegs](/source/Pechenegs). Its first lords were the Bezys, but since the 16th century the Márffy, [Cseszneky](/source/House_of_Cseszneky) and Poki families had here noble estates. In the 17th century [Péter Pázmány](/source/P%C3%A9ter_P%C3%A1zm%C3%A1ny) was the most important possessor.[*[citation needed](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Citation_needed)*]

## Education

Lébény Elementary School and Elementary Art School are located in Bezi.[2]
