**Bernier Bay** is an [Arctic](/source/Arctic) waterway in the [Qikiqtaaluk Region](/source/Qikiqtaaluk_Region), [Nunavut](/source/Nunavut), Canada. It is located in the [Gulf of Boothia](/source/Gulf_of_Boothia), on the western edge of [Baffin Island](/source/Baffin_Island), and south of the [Brodeur Peninsula](/source/Brodeur_Peninsula). A narrow [isthmus](/source/Isthmus) separates the east end of Bernier Bay from the west end of the [Berlinguet Inlet](/source/Berlinguet_Inlet), which is itself at the south end of [Admiralty Inlet](/source/Admiralty_Inlet), which runs south through Baffin Island from [Lancaster Sound](/source/Lancaster_Sound).
