She competes at [Bantamweight](/source/Bantamweight_(MMA)) in MMA, [65 kilograms](/source/Wrestling_weight_classes) in wrestling, and [Medium Heavy](/source/Brazilian_jiu-jitsu_weight_classes) in BJJ.

Mir was a four-time [NIAA](/source/Nevada_Interscholastic_Activities_Association) champion in [high school wrestling](/source/high_school_wrestling). She was a NCAA Champion in [collegiate wrestling](/source/collegiate_wrestling) ([2026](/source/2026_NCAA_Women's_Wrestling_Championships)). At the international level, she was a winner of the Grand Prix of Spain ([2023](/source/2023_Grand_Prix_of_Spain)) and US Open (2026).

[Ultimate Fighting Championship](/source/Ultimate_Fighting_Championship) (UFC) signed her to their first [NIL](/source/name%2C_image%2C_and_likeness) deal in 2023. She is the daughter of former UFC Heavyweight Champion [Frank Mir](/source/Frank_Mir).
