It includes the singles "[Why Do We Want (What We Know We Can't Have)](/source/Why_Do_We_Want_(What_We_Know_We_Can't_Have))", which was a top ten hit and "There Ain't No Future in This". It was her last album for [Mercury Records](/source/Mercury_Records) before leaving for [MCA Nashville](/source/MCA_Nashville) in 1984.
