She appeared in the November 2007 ''[Vanity Fair](/source/Vanity_Fair_(magazine))'' "Folk Music Heroes" portfolio by [Annie Leibovitz](/source/Annie_Leibovitz) on the page between [Joni Mitchell](/source/Joni_Mitchell) and [Judy Collins](/source/Judy_Collins). In addition to her work with Lavender Diamond she sings with [The Living Sisters](/source/The_Living_Sisters), a folk trio with [Eleni Mandell](/source/Eleni_Mandell) and [Inara George](/source/Inara_George) from the Bird and the Bee.
The 2007 Lavender Diamond album ''Imagine Our Love'' was released on Matador and Rough Trade Records. A film to accompany the album is currently{{when|date=September 2022}} in production in [IMAX](/source/IMAX) format.
In 2008 she wrote the "Songs of the Believers" for the film ''[City of Ember](/source/City_of_Ember)'' starring [Bill Murray](/source/Bill_Murray), directed by [Gil Kenan](/source/Gil_Kenan) and produced by [Tom Hanks](/source/Tom_Hanks). The film is a post-apocalyptic action-adventure story for children. In the film Becky plays the Songmaster.
