***Beautiful History: A Hits Collection*** is the third compilation album by Christian singer [Plumb](/source/Plumb_(singer)). It contains re-recordings of three songs from her 1998 album *[candycoatedwaterdrops](/source/Candycoatedwaterdrops)* as well as singles from her later albums *[Beautiful Lumps of Coal](/source/Beautiful_Lumps_of_Coal)*, *[Chaotic Resolve](/source/Chaotic_Resolve)* and *[Blink](/source/Blink_(Plumb_album))*. It also contains two new songs recorded for the album, "[Hang On](/source/Hang_On_(Plumb_song))" and "Beautiful History." It peaked at No. 39 on *[Billboard](/source/Billboard_(magazine))'*s Christian Albums chart.[1]
