**Bar-Bulak** is a village in the [Issyk-Kul Region](/source/Issyk-Kul_Region) of [Kyrgyzstan](/source/Kyrgyzstan). It is part of the [Tong District](/source/Tong_District).[1] Its population was 948 in 2021.[2]
