Ejide played for [Gabros International](/source/Gabros_International) and [Bastia](/source/SC_Bastia) in Corsica, which competed in [Ligue 2](/source/Ligue_2). He played for Israeli Premier side [Hapoel Be'er Sheva](/source/Hapoel_Be'er_Sheva_F.C.) until May 2015, and later played for [Hapoel Hadera](/source/Hapoel_Hadera_F.C.).

Ejide was born in [Onitsha](/source/Onitsha), Anambra State.
