# At the Apollo

***At the Apollo*** is a [live album](/source/Live_album) and video release by English rock band [Arctic Monkeys](/source/Arctic_Monkeys) of the final concert of their 2007 [world-tour](/source/Arctic_monkeys_tour_history#November/December_2007_UK_tour), filmed in [Manchester](/source/Manchester), [England](/source/England).[1][2]

It was filmed on [super 16mm](/source/Super_16mm) film and in surround-sound. It was directed by [Richard Ayoade](/source/Richard_Ayoade) and photographed by cinematographer [Danny Cohen](/source/Danny_Cohen_(cinematographer)) (*[This Is England](/source/This_Is_England)*). It was edited by [Nick Fenton](/source/Nick_Fenton) (*[Heima](/source/Heima), [All Tomorrow's Parties](/source/All_Tomorrow's_Parties_(2009_film))*), and produced by Diarmid Scrimshaw (*[Dog Altogether](/source/Dog_Altogether), [Tyrannosaur](/source/Tyrannosaur_(film))*).[2]

It has been awarded best music DVD 2009 by the *[NME](/source/NME)*. The music played in introduction credits was written by [Bruno Nicolai](/source/Bruno_Nicolai), entitled 'Servizio fotografico' from the film *The Red Queen Kills Seven Times* starring [Barbara Bouchet](/source/Barbara_Bouchet).

The film premiered on UK television on the music channel [4Music](/source/4Music) on 19 February 2009.

The DVD features a 'Multi Angle Camera View' of drummer [Matt Helders](/source/Matt_Helders).
