**Astalak-e Danshur** ([Persian](/source/Persian_language): اصطلک دانشور)[a] is a village in [Karasht Rural District](/source/Karasht_Rural_District)[2] of the [Central District](/source/Central_District_(Pardis_County)) in [Pardis County](/source/Pardis_County), [Tehran](/source/Tehran_province) province, [Iran](/source/Iran).

## Demographics

### Population

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 114 in 45 households, when it was in [Siyahrud Rural District](/source/Siyahrud_Rural_District_(Tehran_County)) of the [Central District](/source/Central_District_(Tehran_County)) in [Tehran County](/source/Tehran_County).[3] The following census in 2011 counted a population below the reporting threshold.[4] The 2016 census measured the population of the village as zero,[1] by which time most of the rural district had been separated from the county in the establishment of [Pardis County](/source/Pardis_County). Astalak-e Danshur was transferred to [Karasht Rural District](/source/Karasht_Rural_District) created in the new [Bumahen District](/source/Bumahen_District).[2]

The rural district was separated from the district in forming the [Central District](/source/Central_District_(Pardis_County)) in 2020.[5]
