**Ashraf Nu'man Al-Fawaghra** ([Arabic](/source/Arabic_language): أشرف نعمان الفواغرة; born 29 July 1986) is a [Palestinian](/source/Palestinian_people) professional footballer[1] who plays for [Shabab Al-Khalil](/source/Shabab_Al-Khalil_SC) of the West Bank Premier League and the [Palestine national team](/source/Palestine_national_football_team) as a [forward](/source/Forward_(association_football)) or [attacking midfielder](/source/Midfielder_(association_football)).[2][3]

## International career

Nu'man received his first national call-up for Palestine during [2010 AFC Challenge Cup qualification](/source/2010_AFC_Challenge_Cup_qualification) and made his debut six months later against the [United Arab Emirates](/source/United_Arab_Emirates_national_football_team).[*[citation needed](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Citation_needed)*] He has since played for Palestine at the [2010 WAFF Championship](/source/2010_WAFF_Championship), [2012 AFC Challenge Cup qualification](/source/2012_AFC_Challenge_Cup_qualification), and [2014 FIFA World Cup qualification](/source/2014_FIFA_World_Cup_qualification_(AFC)).[*[citation needed](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Citation_needed)*]

He was included in [Jamal Mahmoud](/source/Jamal_Mahmoud)'s 23-man list to participate in the [2014 AFC Challenge Cup](/source/2014_AFC_Challenge_Cup). He netted his first goal of the competition in the second game against [Myanmar](/source/Myanmar_national_football_team) in a 2–0 victory. He then scored a brace in the quarter-final tie against [Afghanistan](/source/Afghanistan_national_football_team) helping his country qualify for their first final ever.
