Ashok Mathur completed his [Master of Arts](/source/Master_of_Arts) degree in [Philosophy](/source/English_language) from [Rajasthan University](/source/Calcutta_University) in 1964 and passed his [Bachelor of Laws](/source/Bachelor_of_Laws) in 1966. ==Career==
Ashok Mathur started his legal career in the [Rajasthan High Court](/source/Rajasthan_High_Court) in 1967. Initially he worked as Government Advocate. He was elevated as a Judge on 13 July 1985 of the Rajasthan High Court. He also conducted a court of inquiry in Boeing crash at [Ahmedabad](/source/Ahmedabad) in 1987–88.
