'''Arthur Boyle''' (1840/1841 &ndash; December 10, 1919) was a [politician](/source/politician) and [grocer](/source/grocer). He was elected to the [House of Commons of Canada](/source/House_of_Commons_of_Canada) in [1887](/source/1887_Canadian_federal_election) as a Member of the [Conservative Party](/source/Conservative_Party_of_Canada_(historical)) to represent the [riding](/source/Electoral_district_(Canada)) of [Monck](/source/Monck_(electoral_district)). He was defeated by [John Brown](/source/John_Brown_(Canadian_politician)) in the [1891 election](/source/1891_Canadian_federal_election), but was [acclaimed](/source/acclaimed) back into office in 1892 after Brown was unseated. He then continued to represent the riding until its abolition in 1896.

In 1868, he married Annie E. Cormick. Boyle was reeve of [Dunnville](/source/Dunnville%2C_Ontario) from 1877 to 1879 and was warden for [Haldimand County](/source/Haldimand_County%2C_Ontario) from 1878 to 1879.
