# Archie Douglas

**Archibald Philip Douglas** (7 June 1867 – 24 January 1953) was an English [first-class cricketer](/source/First-class_cricket) active 1887–1912 who played for [Middlesex](/source/Middlesex_County_Cricket_Club) and [Surrey](/source/Surrey_County_Cricket_Club) in England; and in India for the [Europeans](/source/Europeans_cricket_team). He was born in [Norwood Green](/source/Norwood_Green), [Middlesex](/source/Middlesex); died in [Taunton](/source/Taunton).[1]
