==Foundation==
ANTARSYA was founded on 22 March 2009 in [Athens](/source/Athens) by organisations and independent [militant](/source/militant)s with origins in the now-defunct coalitions of the [Radical Left Front](/source/Radical_Left_Front) (MERA) and the [United Anti-Capitalist Left](/source/United_Anti-Capitalist_Left) (ENANTIA).
