# Anna Pfeffer

**Anna Pfeffer** (born 31 August 1945 in [Kaposvár](/source/Kaposv%C3%A1r)) is a [Hungarian](/source/Hungary) [sprint canoeist](/source/Canoe_racing) who competed from the late 1960s to the late 1970s. She is Jewish.[1]

Competing in three [Summer Olympics](/source/Summer_Olympics), she won three medals with two silvers (K-2 500 m: [1968](/source/1968_Summer_Olympics), [1976](/source/1976_Summer_Olympics)) and one bronze ([1972](/source/1972_Summer_Olympics): K-1 500 m).

Pfeffer also won four medals at the [ICF Canoe Sprint World Championships](/source/ICF_Canoe_Sprint_World_Championships) with a gold (K-2 500 m: [1971](/source/1971_ICF_Canoe_Sprint_World_Championships)), a silver (K-4 500 m: [1973](/source/1973_ICF_Canoe_Sprint_World_Championships)), and two bronzes (K-2 500 m: [1966](/source/1966_ICF_Canoe_Sprint_World_Championships), 1973).
