# Angular bundle

In the [brain](/source/Brain), the angular bundle is a composite fiber tract within the ventrolateral aspect of the [lateral ventricle](/source/Lateral_ventricle)'s temporal horn. It contains the [perforant path](/source/Perforant_path) (the main input to the [hippocampus](/source/Hippocampus), extending from the [entorhinal cortex](/source/Entorhinal_cortex) to [dentate gyrus](/source/Dentate_gyrus)), along with several other [fibers](/source/Nerve_fiber) interconnecting the [entorhinal](/source/Entorhinal_cortex) cortex, [parahippocampal gyrus](/source/Parahippocampal_gyrus), and associated areas.
