**Anfernee Frederick** (born 23 January 1996) is a Dominican professional [footballer](/source/Association_football) who plays as a [midfielder](/source/Midfielder) for [Bath Estate](/source/Bath_Estate_FC) and the [Dominica national team](/source/Dominica_national_football_team).[1]

## Club career

Frederick got his career underway with [Bath Estate](/source/Bath_Estate_FC) of the [Dominica Premier League](/source/Dominica_Premier_League), where he remained for three years.[2] In 2015, [TT Pro League](/source/TT_Pro_League) side [W Connection](/source/W_Connection_F.C.) completed the signing of Frederick.[2] He made his continental competition debut for the Trinidad and Tobago club on 4 August 2015, featuring for the final eleven minutes of a [CONCACAF Champions League](/source/CONCACAF_Champions_League) group stage defeat away to [Liga MX](/source/Liga_MX)'s [Santos Laguna](/source/Santos_Laguna).[1] Frederick returned to Bath Estate in 2016.[2]

## International career

Frederick appeared for the Dominica U17s in qualifying for the [2011 CONCACAF U-17 Championship](/source/2011_CONCACAF_U-17_Championship) in Jamaica, being selected for matches with Guyana and the [Netherlands Antilles](/source/Cura%C3%A7ao) as Dominica placed last.[1] He won his first cap for the [senior squad](/source/Dominica_national_football_team) in an April 2014 friendly with [Saint Lucia](/source/Saint_Lucia_national_football_team).[3] Frederick's first competitive appearances for Dominica came in June 2015, when he played in [2018 FIFA World Cup qualification](/source/2018_FIFA_World_Cup_qualification) encounters with [Canada](/source/Canada_men's_national_soccer_team).[3][4][5] He scored his first international goal on 4 March 2019 at the [2019 Windward Islands Tournament](/source/Windward_Islands_Tournament) against [Grenada](/source/Grenada_national_football_team).[6] He netted again in the succeeding September, scoring versus [Suriname](/source/Suriname_national_football_team) in the [2019–20 CONCACAF Nations League B](/source/2019%E2%80%9320_CONCACAF_Nations_League_B#Group_D).[1]
