**Andrajos** is a typical dish of [Jaén](/source/Ja%C3%A9n_(Spanish_province)) province, [Albacete](/source/Albacete), [Granada province](/source/Granada_province) and [Murcia](/source/Murcia), [Spain](/source/Spain).[1]

It consists of a stew of [tomato](/source/Tomato), [onion](/source/Onion), [garlic](/source/Garlic), [red pepper](/source/Capsicum) and [rabbit](/source/Rabbit_meat), thickened with cake flour. It is a dish of the rural people and generally consumed in winter. Variants of the dish derive from the type of meat used. [Hare](/source/Hare) and [cod](/source/Cod_as_food) are often used instead of rabbit.[2]
