***Amphithalea*** is a genus of [flowering plants](/source/Flowering_plant) in the family [Fabaceae](/source/Fabaceae). It belongs to the subfamily [Faboideae](/source/Faboideae). It includes 41 species endemic to the [Cape Provinces](/source/Cape_Provinces) of South Africa.[1]
