The **Alliant Destiny XLT** is an American two-seat [powered parachute](/source/Powered_parachute), designed and produced by [Alliant Aviation](/source/Alliant_Aviation) based at [Richland, Michigan](/source/Richland%2C_Michigan).[1]

## Design and development

The aircraft was designed to comply with the FAI Microlight rules. It features a [parachute](/source/Parachute)-style [high-wing](/source/High-wing) and two-seats in tandem in an open frame, [tricycle landing gear](/source/Tricycle_landing_gear) and a single 64 hp (48 kW) [Rotax 582](/source/Rotax_582) engine in [pusher configuration](/source/Pusher_configuration). Versions were also available with a [Rotax 503](/source/Rotax_503) or [Hirth 3701](/source/Hirth_3701) engine.[1]
