Alliant Aviation LLC Type Limited liability company Industry Aerospace Founded circa 2003 Defunct circa 2005 Fate Out of business Headquarters Richland, Michigan , United States Products Powered parachutes

**Alliant Aviation LLC** was an American [aircraft manufacturer](/source/Aircraft_manufacturer) based in [Three Rivers, Michigan](/source/Three_Rivers%2C_Michigan) and later in [Richland, Michigan](/source/Richland%2C_Michigan). The company specialized in the design and manufacture of [powered parachutes](/source/Powered_parachutes) in the form of ready-to-fly aircraft for the US [FAR 103 Ultralight Vehicles](/source/FAR_103_Ultralight_Vehicles) and the European [Fédération Aéronautique Internationale](/source/F%C3%A9d%C3%A9ration_A%C3%A9ronautique_Internationale) [microlight](/source/Microlight) categories. None of the company's aircraft appear on the list of accepted American [light-sport aircraft](/source/Light-sport_aircraft).[1][2]

Alliant was formed about 2003 as a restructuring of Destiny Powered Parachutes. The new company retained the same address in Three Rivers, Michigan for a time, before moving to nearby Richland, Michigan. Alliant was a [limited liability company](/source/Limited_liability_company) (LLC).[1][3]

The new company showed its first new aircraft, the [Alliant Destiny Fusion](/source/Alliant_Destiny_Fusion) at [Sun 'n Fun](/source/Sun_'n_Fun), [Lakeland, Florida](/source/Lakeland%2C_Florida) in 2003. The Fusion featured an unusual semi-[stressed skin](/source/Stressed_skin) composite [fuselage](/source/Fuselage). The company line included the [Destiny LT](/source/Alliant_Destiny_XLT) two-seater, [Destiny ST](/source/Alliant_Destiny_XLT) single-seater and the [Destiny XLT](/source/Alliant_Destiny_XLT) two-seater.[1] In about 2004 the [ParaCraft Falcon F-1](https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=ParaCraft_Falcon_F-1&action=edit&redlink=1) was introduced.[4]

The company seems to have gone out of business about 2005.[4]
