A series of [music video](/source/music_video)s of songs from his then-current studio album ''[Special Forces](/source/Special_Forces_(Alice_Cooper_album))'' (1981) with a few songs from ''[Flush the Fashion](/source/Flush_the_Fashion)'' (1980) and some older hits mixed in, several songs were re-recorded for the special<ref name=sherman>{{cite book|last=Sherman|first=Dale |title=The Illustrated Collector's Guide to Alice Cooper, 10th Anniversary Edition|publisher=Collector's Guide Publishing, Inc.|year=2009|pages=210|isbn=978-1-894959-93-3}}</ref> ("[Only Women Bleed](/source/Only_Women_Bleed)", "[I'm Eighteen](/source/I'm_Eighteen)", "[Billion Dollar Babies](/source/Billion_Dollar_Babies_(song))", "[School's Out](/source/School's_Out_(song))") and have shown up as [B-sides](/source/A-side_and_B-side) of singles with crowd noises mixed in to give the illusion that they were live recordings.<ref name=sherman /> The songs are performed in English, but one brief [split-screen](/source/Split_screen_(video_production)) sketch features French dialogue as radio disc jockey Vincent Furnier (Cooper's real name) interviews Alice.

There has never been an official release and, while not officially broadcast outside France except for Denmark (Danmarks Radio TV),<ref name=trivia>{{cite web|url=http://www.sickthingsuk.co.uk/television/tv-paris.php|title=Alice in Paris|accessdate=2009-12-02}}</ref> copies have been circulating amongst Alice Cooper fans for decades.  Some copies are missing opening credits, leading fans to refer to it under a variety of titles, including ''Alice in Paris'', ''The Paris Special'' and ''16 Tracks''.<ref name=sherman1 />
