# Alf Key

**Alfred George Key** (14 November 1897 – 29 November 1977) was an [Australian rules footballer](/source/Australian_rules_football) who played for the [Carlton Football Club](/source/Carlton_Football_Club) and [Fitzroy Football Club](/source/Fitzroy_Football_Club) in the [Victorian Football League](/source/Australian_Football_League) (VFL).[1]
