Alexander Anne (also Aune, de Aune, or de Anne) was originally from [Frickley](/source/Frickley) in [Yorkshire](/source/Yorkshire) and served as a [Justice of the Peace](/source/Justice_of_the_Peace) of that county as well as Middlesex.
A [Citizen-Draper](/source/Worshipful_Company_of_Drapers) of London, he held numerous offices, including undersheriff for London in 1423 and [escheat](/source/escheat)or for Middlesex in 1432.
