**Alex Livingston** (born 1987) is a Canadian [poker](/source/Poker) player. In 2019, he placed third in the [World Series of Poker Main Event](/source/World_Series_of_Poker_Main_Event), earning $4 million.[2] He finished 13th at the Main Event in 2013.[3][4] Livingston was raised in [Halifax, Nova Scotia](/source/Halifax%2C_Nova_Scotia).[2] He is also a chess player and studied economics at [Tufts University](/source/Tufts_University).[2] Livingston won his second bracelet at the [2024 WSOP](/source/2024_WSOP) in the $3,000 Pot-Limit Omaha 6-Handed event.[5]

As of 2024, his total live tournament winnings exceed $8,500,000.[6]
