Notably he proved the [Andreotti–Frankel theorem](/source/Andreotti%E2%80%93Frankel_theorem), the [Andreotti–Grauert theorem](/source/Andreotti%E2%80%93Grauert_theorem), the [Andreotti–Vesentini theorem](/source/Andreotti%E2%80%93Vesentini_theorem) and introduced, jointly with [François Norguet](/source/Fran%C3%A7ois_Norguet), the [Andreotti–Norguet integral representation](/source/Andreotti%E2%80%93Norguet_integral_representation) for functions of several complex variables.
