**Albert Prince** (November 17, 1825 – July 18, 1875) was an [Ontario](/source/Ontario) lawyer and political figure. He represented [Essex](/source/Essex_(provincial_electoral_district)) in the [Legislative Assembly of Ontario](/source/Legislative_Assembly_of_Ontario) as a [Liberal](/source/Ontario_Liberal_Party) member from 1871 to 1874.

He was born in [Cheltenham, Gloucestershire](/source/Cheltenham), [England](/source/England) in 1825, the son of [John Prince](/source/John_Prince_(politician)), and came to Sandwich (later [Windsor](/source/Windsor,_Ontario)) in [Upper Canada](/source/Upper_Canada) with his family in 1833. He practised law at Sandwich. He died in [Essex County](/source/Essex_County,_Ontario) in 1875 of [apoplexy](/source/Apoplexy).
