Despite appearing regularly in the year's ''Gauchão'', Ruschel never established himself a starter for Juventude, and subsequently served loans at [Pelotas](/source/Esporte_Clube_Pelotas) and [Luverdense](/source/Luverdense_Esporte_Clube).
