**Al-Jarba** (Arabic: الجربا) is a [Syrian](/source/Syrian) [village](/source/Village) located in [Markaz Rif Dimashq](/source/Markaz_Rif_Dimashq_District), [Rif Dimashq](/source/Rif_Dimashq_Governorate) to the east of the [Al-Nashabiyah](/source/Al-Nashabiyah) *[nahiyah](/source/Nahiyah)* ('subdistrict').[1] According to the [Syria Central Bureau of Statistics](/source/Central_Bureau_of_Statistics_(Syria)) (CBS), Al-Jarba had a population of 2,172 in the 2004 census.[2]
