It was founded in 2005 by [Kenneth James Gibson](/source/Kenneth_James_Gibson) AKA [\[a\]pendics.shuffle](/source/Apendics.shuffle) and Konstantin Gabbro and is distributed by [Kompakt](/source/Kompakt). Adjunct releases a range of styles from [deep house](/source/Deep_house) and [minimal techno](/source/Minimal_techno) to [dub](/source/Dub_music) and [ambient](/source/Ambient_music). Producers such as [John Tejada](/source/John_Tejada), Bruno Pronsato, [Dapayk](/source/Dapayk), Blakkat, [Kit Clayton](/source/Kit_Clayton), Mathias Schaffhäuser, [DubLoner](/source/DubLoner), [Sutekh](/source/Sutekh_(musician)), Dilo, Mikael Stavostrand, [Mr. C](/source/Mr._C), and [\[a\]pendics.shuffle](/source/Apendics.shuffle) himself have worked with the label.[1][2][3][4]
