# Adam Rowntree

**Adam Rowntree** (born 18 April 1989) is an English [footballer](/source/Association_football), who played three times in the [Football League](/source/The_Football_League) for [Boston United](/source/Boston_United_F.C.).

He joined Boston United in January 2007, making his league debut as a late substitute in the 0–0 draw away to [Wycombe Wanderers](/source/Wycombe_Wanderers_F.C.) on 23 March 2007. He made two further appearances, both as substitute, in the league games away to [Notts County](/source/Notts_County_F.C.) and [Hereford United](/source/Hereford_United_F.C.).

He joined [Blyth Spartans](/source/Blyth_Spartans_A.F.C.) in 2008, making his debut against [Redditch United](/source/Redditch_United_F.C.) on 18 October 2008. He played once more for Blyth, scoring against [Gateshead](/source/Gateshead_F.C.) three days later.[3] He next joined [Newcastle Benfield Bay Plastics](/source/Newcastle_Benfield_F.C.).
