==Career==
Arthur played for [York City](/source/York_City_F.C.) and [Ossett Town](/source/Ossett_Town_F.C.). He played two games for York as a trainee in their final season in [Football League Two](/source/Football_League_Two) prior to their relegation to the [Football Conference](/source/Football_Conference), before moving to Ossett in the [Northern Premier League](/source/Northern_Premier_League).

Arthur moved to the United States in 2007 to play [college soccer](/source/College_soccer_in_the_United_States) at perennial top 15 program [Lander University](/source/Lander_University), where he was an NSCAA Division II All-American. During his college years he also played for two seasons with [West Virginia Chaos](/source/West_Virginia_Chaos) in the [USL Premier Development League](/source/USL_Premier_Development_League).

Following the conclusion of his college career, Arthur returned to the UK, playing for [Selby Town](/source/Selby_Town_F.C.) in the [Northern Counties East Football League](/source/Northern_Counties_East_Football_League) in the 2010–11 season. He returned to the United States in 2011, again playing for [West Virginia Chaos](/source/West_Virginia_Chaos).
